This resolution allows the Department of Public Health to accept and use an additional $138,434 grant, bringing the total to $173,063, from the National Institutes of Health for a program focused on HIV/AIDS interventions for adolescents. The funding will support the program from December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024.

This motion aimed to overturn the Planning Department's decision that a project at 700 Indiana Street did not require additional environmental review. The motion was ultimately rejected.

This resolution approves an amendment to a contract with Recology for refuse collection services, increasing the total contract amount by $1.5 million to $45.3 million and extending the contract duration by two months until December 31, 2024. The amendment is intended to ensure continued waste management services at City facilities.

This resolution approves an amendment to the contract with Golden Gate Petroleum for renewable diesel, increasing the total contract amount by $15,595,000 and extending the contract duration by eight months. It also allows for further amendments to increase the contract amount and duration under certain conditions.

Resolution approving Contract Amendment No. 4 to the agreement between the City, acting by and through the Office of Contract Administration, and Golden Gate Petroleum for the provision of renewable diesel, increasing the contract amount by $15,595,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $102,345,000 and extending the duration by eight months, for a total term of six years and one month, from June 1, 2019, through June 30, 2025; authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to further amend the agreement, if necessary, increasing the contract amount up to a maximum not to exceed amount of $108,589,000 and extending the duration up to a maximum total term of six years and five months, from June 1, 2019, through October 31, 2025; and authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to make any modifications to the Fourth Amendment and any Subsequent Amendments that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the contract or this Resolution.

This resolution approves an amendment to the contract with Mansfield Oil Company to provide gasoline, increasing the total contract amount to $17,513,000 and extending the contract duration by over seven months. It also allows for further amendments that could raise the total amount to $20,768,000 and extend the duration up to nearly two years.

Resolution approving Contract Amendment No. 2 to the agreement between City, acting by and through the Office of Contract Administration, and Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc. for the provision of gasoline, increasing the contract amount by $7,538,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $17,513,000 and extending the duration by seven months and 14 days, for a total term of one year, seven months, and 14 days, from November 17, 2023, through June 30, 2025; authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to further amend the agreement, if necessary, increasing the contract amount up to a maximum not to exceed amount of $20,768,000 and extending the duration up to a maximum total term of one year, 11 months, and 14 days, from November 17, 2023, through October 31, 2025; and authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to make any modifications to the Second Amendment and any Subsequent Amendments that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the contract or this Resolution.

The ordinance expands the Central Neighborhoods Large Residence Special Use District by merging it with the Corona Heights Large Residence SUD and applying its regulations to all lots within the expanded area, with some exceptions. It also updates the Zoning Map to reflect these changes and affirms compliance with environmental and planning regulations.

This resolution allows the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to increase its contract with AECOM Technical Services by $9 million, raising the total contract amount to $20 million, to support planning, design, and engineering for improvements to dam and reservoir facilities. The contract's duration remains unchanged, running from April 16, 2020, to April 15, 2031.

Resolution authorizing the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute Amendment No.1 to Contract No. PRO.0138.C with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., increasing the contract by $9,000,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $20,000,000 with no change to the term of April 16, 2020, through April 15, 2031, to continue providing planning, design, and engineering support of improvements to various dam and reservoir facilities, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(b).

Grainger, Inc. for purchasing industrial supplies, raising the total contract amount to $32 million without changing the contract duration. It also allows the Office of Contract Administration to make minor amendments as needed.

This resolution approves a past agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for reimbursable services at the airport, which started on November 25, 2014. The agreement can be terminated by either party with 90 days' written notice.

This resolution urges the Department of Children, Youth, and Their Families to quickly negotiate a new agreement with the San Francisco Community College District to support the Free City College program. It aims to ensure that the principles of the program are upheld for the benefit of students.

It also waives certain city code requirements related to this agreement and permits HSH to make necessary amendments that do not increase the city's financial obligations.

Ordinance authorizing the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing ("HSH") to amend the booking agreement with Shin International, Inc., the operator of the Cova Hotel, to increase the not to exceed amount by $1,728,190 for a total amount not to exceed $16,032,443 and to extend the term of the agreement by seven months from August 31, 2024, for a new term of May 26, 2020, through March 31, 2025; waiving certain requirements of the Administrative, Labor and Employment, and Environment Codes for said agreement; and authorizing HSH to enter into amendments that do not increase the City’s obligations or liabilities and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the agreement.

This resolution supports Subway workers in San Francisco who have not received minimum wages, overtime pay, or breaks, and urges Subway franchises to pay them the wages owed and comply with state laws requiring at least $20 per hour. It aims to ensure fair compensation for all current and former employees.

This resolution allows the Department of Technology to finalize a contract with CENIC to provide fiber optic cable for data connectivity to UCSF, covering the period from May 25, 2011, to May 25, 2031. The contract is expected to generate $6,970,000 in revenue.

Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Technology to enter into a contract with Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (“CENIC”) and to provide fiber optic cable strands to establish a fiber optic network in support of CENIC services to provide data connectivity for the University of California, San Francisco (“UCSF”) for the period between May 25, 2011, through May 25, 2031, with an expected revenue of $6,970,000.
